I am one of four siblings who inherited a passion for mushroom farming, just as my parents used to.

It all started in 1986 in a small town near Losice, when my parents, Elzbieta and Ireneusz Chibowski, started backyard production of substrate for mushroom cultivation. They were the first substrate producers in the Łosice district. Thanks to their own production, they were also the first to start growing white mushrooms. This new, hitherto unheard-of type of cultivation began to arouse great interest among local farmers and entrepreneurs. The parents were eager to share their experience and production technology, which made the mushroom industry in the area, a very popular and rapidly growing business model. Thanks to all this experience, today we are one of the largest producers of fresh mushrooms in Poland. The main profile of our company is the cultivation of white and brown mushrooms. We have recently started cultivating oyster mushrooms. Today we produce more than 500 tons of white mushroom, about 130 tons of brown mushroom and nearly 50 tons of oyster mushroom in our factory.
